What forms of payment do you accept?

We process payments via PayPal, which means that both PayPal and card payments are accepted. If paying with card, at the checkout select the "Pay with card option" located at the bottom. All prices are shown in GBP (£), if paying with another currency then PayPal will automcatically convert this during the checkout process.


How long does it take to process orders?

Orders are usually processed as soon as payment is completed. Once payment has completed orders are dispatched between 1 to 3 working days.


How long does it take to dispatch pre-orders?

We estimate all pre-orders to be dispatched within 2 weeks.


How will I know my order was successfully placed?

A confirmation email will be sent when your order has been successfully placed. Another email will be sent when your order has been dispatched. Please remember to check your junk inbox.


How secure is this store?

We accept payment via PayPal, which is a well known and trusted online payment service. It uses SSL encryption technique to secure payments.


Which address will you dispatch to?

We will send all orders to the address provided in the checkout process. If no address is supplied then we use the address provided by PayPal. Contact us if there is anything you wish to change with your order.

What shipping method do you use and how long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are dispatched via RoyalMail. Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are as followed:

  • UK 2nd class Signed For (Tracked): £3.95, 3-5 working days.
  • EU standard (Untracked): £5.95, 3-7 working days.
  • Elsewhere standard (Untracked): £5.95, 7-10 working days.

All delivery estimates exclude weekends and bank holidays.

If you have not received your order within these delivery esimates we advise you to wait up to 15 working days before contacting us as delivery may be slow in busy periods.


What happens if my item is lost in the mail?

We try our best to dispatch all our orders on time and only use couriers which are trustworthy. In the unlikely event your order becomes lost, we cannot be held responsible. Delivery to countries outside the UK and EU may be subject to custom charges. In such situation, the recipient is responsible in paying these charges.


What if I want to return an item?

  • Returns or exchanges are possible 7 days after receiving an order.
  • The item must be in an unworn, resalable conditions with all original tags.
  • Please contact us if you wish to return a product and remember to include the original invoice or order number in the package when returning.

Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return. 
  • Please retain any delivery receipts and proof of posting certificates. 
  • In the interest of hygiene, we do not refund any undergarments (Socks, underwear) or piercings/ jewellery unless faulty.
